The Notice promotes and supports community cooperatives that pursue the aim of satisfying the needs of the local community, improving the social and economic quality of life, through the maintenance of services, the creation of job offers and the development of eco-sustainable economic activities .
Who is it aimed at?
It is aimed at Community Cooperatives having their registered office and operating in at least one of the Municipalities of the Campania Region: a) falling within the National Strategy for the development of the Internal Area of the Country (SNAI); b) falling within the typologies envisaged in the art. 1, paragraph 2, of Law no. 158/2017 (measures to support and enhance small municipalities, as well as provisions for the redevelopment and recovery of the historic centers of the same municipalities); or in at least one of the urban areas of the Campaniac Region) identified according to the criteria established by the art. 2, paragraph 2 of the Annex to the Prime Ministerial Decree of 15 October 2015 (interventions for the social and cultural redevelopment of degraded urban areas).
What does it predict
It provides for the granting of contributions for the implementation of integrated projects. The proposing entity may also add co-financing in kind to the contribution granted; the request for participation can be presented individually or in association exclusively with other Community Cooperatives. The involvement of entities other than community cooperatives is envisaged (collaborations with public bodies including local authorities and/or private entities). Such collaborations must be free of charge. The application is completed exclusively electronically. Payment method: in advance or by reimbursement. All expenses are governed by the Regulation containing the criteria for the eligibility of expenses for programs co-financed by the European Structural Investment Funds (ESI) for the 2014/2020 programming period (Presidential Decree 5/2/2018 n. 22) and following. mm.ii.
