The tender is activated pending the Measure "Attraction and support of the propensity to invest in the territory" and has the objective of supporting the increase in employment in SMEs, encouraging, through the provision of a grant, the hiring of new staff connected to the implementation of the projects financed under Bando A, activated by the same Measure (https://bandi.regione.piemonte.it/system/files/Bando A_tratta.pdf)
Who is it aimed at?
Only SMEs who have simultaneously submitted an application for aid under Notice A activated by the same Measure "Attraction and support of the propensity to invest in the territory - Notice A" can apply for the relief referred to in this Notice B.
What does it predict
Notice B is intended to finance, through a grant, the new employment created after the date of submission of the application on this notice and generated by the interventions financed by Notice A, having as reference the local units object of the investment under the same notice . Budget projects that mandatorily provide for the following minimum employment increases will be eligible for micro enterprises: minimum 1 incremental AWU; for small businesses: minimum 2 incremental AWUs; for medium enterprises: minimum 3 incremental AWUs. The benefit (subsidy) may have a total amount not exceeding 200,000.00 euros as it is granted under the "de minimis" regime and will be calculated with reference to the hirings connected to the investment project presented in this notice, with the right to request up to to €25,000.00 for each incremental ULA. By "new employment" we mean the difference between the annual work units (from now on AWU) recorded on the date of submission of the application referring to the previous 12 months and the AWUs recorded on the project conclusion date relating to the previous 12 months. It should be noted that the following are not considered new employment: - the stabilization of fixed-term contracts or the hiring of work units from companies connected in any form (natural person/legal person) to the applicant company; - apprenticeship and training-work, collaborators, temporary workers and professionals with VAT number; - the replacement of staff already employed and who have ceased an existing employment relationship (for example, among others: retirements, dismissals, etc.). Please note, however, that for the purposes of calculating the incremental ULA the transformation into fixed-term or permanent contracts, where applicable, of apprenticeship and work-training contracts, of collaborators, temporary workers and professionals with a VAT number is relevant. The employment level achieved must be maintained for at least 36 months following receipt of the grant referred to in this announcement, in application of the art. 65, par. 1, of Regulation (EU) no. 2021/1060.
