The project intends to organize a series of promotional activities on foreign markets (AUSTRIA, GERMANY, BELGIUM), for the Pordenone blade manufacturing district with a focus on the kitchen cutlery sector for domestic and professional use, involving the Pordenone MSMEs and their production .

The project is reserved for a limited number of MSMEs regularly registered with the Pordenone-Udine Chambers of Commerce limited to the former province of Pordenone, belonging to the following sectors: a) Production of kitchen equipment/tools (including tools and accessories for sommeliers /wine)b) Production of furnishing accessories/objects connected to the domestic kitchen/ Ho. What does it predict
The project involves the following activities on the following markets of potential interest in the European context:1. AUSTRIA: Project dedicated and limited to the cutlery sector and to a maximum number of 6 companies. Organization of a masterclass demonstrating the use of quality cutlery tools in Klagenfurt on Monday 16 September 2024 (afternoon), in the framework of the larger Genussemeile festival, with the intervention of professional figures such as Austrian and Italian chefs, aimed at an audience place of opinion leaders, chefs and Ho representatives. Re. Ca. The references of the Austrian operators participating in the masterclass will be sent to the participating companies.2. GERMANY: Project dedicated to a maximum number of 6 companies. Promotional activity aimed at the German market "Personalized path on the German market and participation in the AMBIENTE 2025 trade fair (Frankfurt, 7-11 February 2025): personalized path of accompaniment/strengthening on the German market with check-up actions, partner search, possible matchmaking and promotion among potential professional visitors by the Italian-German Chamber, culminating in the participation at the fair in a collective institutional stand promoting the cutlery and furnishing accessories/kitchen objects sector in Pordenone.3. BELGIUM: Project dedicated to a maximum number of 6 companies. Accompaniment and promotion activities on the Belgian market through the drafting of a sector market note for kitchen cutlery and housewares, the identification of a list of shops/retailers and distributors of knives and kitchen items and a list of contacts in the sector horeca (in particular of well-known restaurants) and the promotion of individual participating companies among their Belgian counterparts with possible online B2B matchmaking activities with interested operators.
