The call is aimed at guaranteeing support to small and micro businesses that carry out economic, commercial and artisanal activities with operational units in the municipality of Calvatone, through the granting of non-repayable contributions for management and investment expenses incurred during the year. 2021. The contribution is granted in compliance with the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, as established by article 7 of EU Regulation no. 1303 of 17 December 2013, and sustainable development referred to in article 8 of the same Regulation.
Who is it aimed at?
Pursuant to art. 4 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 24 September 2020, small and micro businesses, in any legal form, referred to in the decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18 April 2005 which: • carry out, on the date of submission of the application, economic activities, commercial and artisanal through an operational unit located in the territory of the Municipality of CALVATONE or undertake new economic activities in the municipal territory;• are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisanal enterprises, in the Register of artisanal enterprises and are active at the time of submitting the application; • they are not subject to liquidation procedures, they are not in a state of bankruptcy, controlled administration, composition with creditors or in any other equivalent situation according to current legislation; • they are in a situation of regular contributions and social security (DURC), including the granting of regularly respected installment procedures; • are in a situation of regularity with the payment of municipal taxes, including the granting of regularly respected installment procedures.
What does it predict
The economic support actions permitted are those indicated in letter a) and b) of article 4, paragraph 2, of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 24 September 2020, indicated below: a) provision of non-repayable contributions for management expenses; b) initiatives which facilitate the restructuring, modernisation, expansion through product and process innovation of artisanal and commercial activities, including technological innovations induced by the digitalisation of online marketing and distance selling processes, through the attribution to capital contribution companies or the provision of non-repayable contributions for the purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, for intangible investments, for masonry and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and new production plants acquired.
