The tender, in implementation of the "Fund to support the economic activities of the municipalities of the internal areas", is aimed at supporting the economic system of the Municipality of Santa Maria Coghinas.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are the small and micro enterprises that: a) carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal fields (registered in the register of artisanal enterprises) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Santa Maria Coghinas or have undertaken, during the year 2022, new economic activities in the municipal territory; b) are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of artisan businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application; c) are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; d) do not present debt situations towards the entity or, in this case , accept the reduction of the contribution to 50% to at least partially cover the debt with the municipality or have signed up to an installment plan for the payment of the entire debt prior to the provision of the benefit.
What does it predict
Provision of non-repayable contributions for: a) management expenses (staff, various utilities, taxes, etc.); b) initiatives that facilitate the restructuring, modernization, expansion through product and process innovation of artisanal activities and commercial, including technological innovations induced by the digitalisation of online marketing and distance selling processes, through the attribution to companies of capital contributions or the provision of non-repayable contributions for the purchase of machinery, plants , furnishings and various equipment, for intangible investments, for building and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and new production plants acquired.
