Public notice for non-repayable contributions for management costs incurred by commercial and artisanal economic activities operating in the Municipality of Agosta (years 21 and 22)
Who is it aimed at?
Incentive intended for small and micro businesses which: a) carry out, on the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal fields (registered in the register of artisan businesses) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Agosta or undertake new economic activities in the municipal territory, meaning by the latter those activated and in operation in the year in which the contribution is forecast; b) formally undertake, under penalty of revocation of the contribution and the obligation to repay the amount received, to keep the business in operation for the 3 years following the disbursement of the contribution itself for a minimum period of 7 months for each year; c) are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of artisan businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application; they are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures.
What does it predict
This Notice provides for: a) the provision of non-repayable contributions; b) initiatives that facilitate the restructuring, modernization, expansion through product and process innovation of artisanal and commercial activities, including technological innovations induced by the digitalization of online marketing and distance selling processes, through the attribution to companies of capital contributions or the provision of non-repayable contributions for the purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, for intangible investments, for masonry and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and the new production plants acquired.
