Announcement addressed to training bodies accredited for the field of continuous training and to private companies, with registered or operational headquarters in Veneto (and which provide for the training of existing staff at the headquarters operating in the regional territory) for the presentation of training projects aimed at developing skills capable of promoting the adaptation of workers, businesses and entrepreneurs to changes in the labor market.
Who is it aimed at?
The final recipients of the initiative are: workers employed in companies operating in units located in the Veneto regional territory with contractual methods provided for by current legislation, business owners, business assistants, freelancers and self-employed workers.
What does it predict
It is intended to offer participating companies a structured set of interventions and methodologies which, combined in various ways, will be able to fully respond to the different needs of the recipients and the territory such as classroom and outdoor group training, action research, individual consultancy and/or group sessions, information seminars, webinars, study visits, etc.
