Non-repayable contributions for the maintenance of neighborhood businesses and public businesses located in decentralized areas of the municipal territory, considering as such those where the premises of the commercial activities are located more than 1 km by road from the center of the municipal capital.
Who is it aimed at?
The Notice is aimed at companies whose main condition is the distance of more than 1 km by road between the center of the municipal capital and the operational headquarters of the business.
What does it predict
In addition to the distance of over 1 km by road between the center of the municipal capital and the operational headquarters of the business, they must possess the following requirements: a) be active and registered in the business register on the date of submission of the grant application; b) carry out activities of retail sale of fresh and preserved foodstuffs or of non-food items of basic necessity and of current use for families, or carrying out public business activities with the absence of gambling activities in any of its forms; c) not be in voluntary liquidation; d) achieve an average annual turnover for VAT purposes not exceeding €250,000.00, referring to the last three years; in the case of a neighborhood business operating for less than three years at the date of the application, this turnover is related to the months of actual activity; e) employ a maximum of three full-time employees, calculated in annual working units (AWU ), including owners, collaborators, paid worker members, and excluding apprentices and staff with apprenticeship or professional training or insertion contracts; f) observe daily opening hours of no less than three hours for six days a week;
