The notice supports micro, small and medium -sized enterprises (MPMI) made up of no more than 24 months and based in Basilicata, to promote initial investments that favor sustainable growth, innovation and employment.

The micro, small and medium -sized enterprises set up and registered in the Register of Companies at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Crafts Territorially competent, have been accessing the facilitations, for no more than 24 months on the date of forwarding of the electronic candidacy, with an operational headquarters affected by the program of investments located in the territory of the Basilicata Region.

What does it predict

The intensity of help cannot exceed:

For the "de minimis" regime referred to in Regulation (EU) 2023/2831: 65% for a maximum value not exceeding € 150,000.00.

For the exemption regime referred to in EU Regulation 651/2014 (GBER):

40% for medium enterprises and in any case not exceeding € 150,000.00.
50% for micro and small businesses and in any case not exceeding € 150,000.00.

The concession is granted in capital of up to 65% of the admissible investment, in compliance with the limits provided for by the "de minimis" or "exemption" regime.

What expenses are considered admissible?

Expenses for masonry works, soil purchase and properties, systems, machinery, equipment, furnishings, hardware and software, technical expenses (max 10%) and start expenses (max 5,000 euros) are admissible.

What are the time requirements for the realization of the interventions?

The expenses are eligible starting from the date of publication of the notice on the BUR and must be completed within the terms established in the announcement.

How and when to submit the application?

Applications must be submitted electronically through the regional platform dedicated by 8 September 2025 to 18:00, except for the exhaustion of the available resources.
