Non-repayable contribution for initiatives aimed at creating a quality system of procedures and services by professionals. The amount of the contribution is equal to 40% of the eligible expenses, without prejudice to the minimum limit of 4,000.00 euros and the maximum limit of 15,000.00 euros. Applications for contributions must be submitted with stamp duty (16.00 euros) to the Central Directorate for Work, Training, Education and Family on the forms made available on the FVG Region website (see link on this page under "Institutional Link").
Who is it aimed at?
1) Providers of professional activities regularly registered with professional orders or colleges pursuant to art. 2229 of the Civil Code, who carry out the activity: - individually and who have residence in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region; - associated pursuant to law 1815 of 1939; - corporate, if permitted by specific sector regulations.2) providers of non-professional professional activities that are members of an association included in the Register referred to in article 4 of regional law no. 13/2004 and who carry out the professional activity: - individually and who have residence in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region; - corporately. De facto companies are excluded from the benefit. The applicant must: - carry out the professional activity for which financing is requested with a firm or stable operational headquarters in the regional territory; - carry out an exclusively free and professional activity; - in the case of an associated firm or professional company, 51% of the members the firm or company must carry out the activity in the region. The interested parties must not be employees (even fixed-term or part-time), holders of old-age or seniority pensions provided by INPS or other public or private funds, collaborators of family businesses, artisans, traders, direct farmers, owners of individual enterprise. Professionals who carry out the activity individually or in partnership must not be directors of partnerships and joint-stock companies.
What does it predict
Initiatives aimed at creating a quality system of procedures and services, certifiable according to current national and international regulations, by accredited bodies, are eligible for funding. Types of eligible expenditure: - external consultancy for the implementation of the quality system, including the design of the system, the drafting of the relevant manual and the preparation of the certification inspection visit; - training and updating of the professional or professionals and any staff employee who interacts with the quality system; - computerization of the quality system with the exclusion of expenses relating to the purchase of hardware unless such purchase, duly motivated, is considered strictly connected and essential for the purposes of implementing the quality system; - tariff requested by the certification body for the issue of the relevant certificate. Expenses incurred before the submission of the grant application are not eligible.
