It is a public notice which is inserted, as an implementation tool, within the framework of continuous training policies for employed workers, with the aim of promoting and facilitating the implementation of training interventions in companies with particular attention to SMEs. This Notice operates in the territory of the Valle d'Aosta region.
Who is it aimed at?
This Notice is aimed at businesses understood as any entity that carries out an economic activity, regardless of its legal nature and its concrete methods of operation. The definition also includes freelancers, self-employed workers, family businesses, partnerships, publicly held companies and associations or other entities that regularly carry out an economic activity. Participating companies must have at least one operational headquarters in the Valle d'Aosta region.
What does it predict
Continuous training projects aimed at business owners and employed workers aimed at responding to the various training needs of businesses and increasing or maintaining company competitiveness and production quality can be financed under this Notice. The training in question can be carried out within a company, if intended for a single company, or inter-company, when it involves multiple companies on the basis of common training needs. There are 16 project presentation windows. The project proposals are examined by an evaluation team and are approved if they achieve a score equal to or greater than 55/100. Corporate projects are financed at a percentage that varies from 50% to 70% of the total value depending on the size of the requesting company. For inter-company projects, public funding equal to 100% of the overall value of the project is recognized. The financing is recognized on the basis of hourly UCS differentiated based on the type of project. Only one advance payment can be requested for a maximum amount of 80% of the approved loan. The final balance is paid at the end of the training activity and at the conclusion of the 1st level control operations.
