The Basilicata Region, in line with the objectives pursued with the Basilicata ESF+ PR 2021-2027, with Resolution no. 932 of 29.12.2023 established the Financial Instrument "FSE+ Microfinance Fund 2021-2027", through which to provide direct loans to support the creation of businesses and self-employment activities by unemployed individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional channels of credit.
Who is it aimed at?
The tool is aimed at unemployed residents in Basilicata on the date of submission of the application.
What does it predict
The measure provides for the provision of a zero-interest loan, for an amount between €5,000.00 and €36,000.00, the repayment of which occurs in 96 months, including 12 months of pre-amortization. The financing is aimed at the creation of new businesses/or freelance activities both individually and in association. Coverage of investment expenses and management expenses is expected.
