The Romagna Chamber of Commerce, with the aim of supporting access to credit for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in its territory (provinces of Forlì-Cesena and Rimini), annually allocates a fund for the granting of direct non-repayable contributions to companies for loans guaranteed by the Collective Credit Guarantee Bodies (Confidi) operating there.
Who is it aimed at?
Micro, Small or Medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) registered and active in the Business Register, with registered and/or operational headquarters in the provinces of Forlì-Cesena and Rimini, members of one of the Consortiums adhering to the Regulations (as per the list published on the Chamber's website ) and having taken out a loan guaranteed by the same Confidi.
What does it predict
The contribution is determined as follows: - for all sectors, with the exception of the agricultural sector, for contributions that can be granted in reference to Regulation (EU) 2831/2023 (general de minimis) equal to 5% of the amount of the loan covered by the guarantee, regardless of the duration, up to a maximum of €7,000.00 for the agricultural sector alone, for contributions that can be granted in reference to Regulation (EU) 1408/2013 (agricultural de minimis) equal to 5% of the amount of the loan, to regardless of the duration, up to a maximum of €7,000.00. Each company can benefit from only one contribution per year. The request for contribution must be submitted only through the Confidi and must refer to a loan already guaranteed and disbursed, within 6 months from the date of disbursement of the loan.
