Public notice for non-repayable contributions for investment expenses incurred by commercial and artisanal economic activities operating in the Municipality of Ferrera di Varese.
Who is it aimed at?
The announcement is aimed at small and micro businesses operating in the Municipality of Ferrera di Varese which: a) carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal sector through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Ferrera di Varese or undertake new economic activities by locating the operational unit in the municipal area; b) are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, if artisanal enterprises, in the Register of artisanal enterprises and are active at the time of submission of the application; c) are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; d) have no disputes of any kind with the municipality of Ferrera di Varese e) are up to date with the payment of municipal taxes (IMU - TARI) and administrative sanctions towards the municipal administration of Ferrera di Varese as of 12.31.2022; in the case of any pending debts, the debt positions must be regularized before submitting the contribution application, under penalty of forfeiture of the same. Excluded from the beneficiaries of this notice are companies that carry out special forms of sales (internet, television, correspondence, radio, telephone), i.e. those forms of sales where the trade is carried out without using a trading venue in the strict sense.

The benefit consists of the provision of non-repayable contributions for investment expenses made in the period 01/01/2022 – 31/12/2023.
