Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are small and micro businesses - referred to in the decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 18 April 2005 - which: - carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal sector (registered in the of artisan businesses) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Sassofeltrio or which undertake new economic activities in the municipal territory; - are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of artisan businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application; - they are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures;
