Public notice intended for the provision of non-repayable contributions to support trade and craftsmanship provided by the fund to support the productive activities of municipalities in inland and mountain areas.
Who is it aimed at?
Eligible to benefit from the contribution are small and micro businesses in the commercial and artisanal sector with an operational headquarters in the Municipality of Segusino which: a) carry out economic activities through an operational unit, even if not the main one, physically located in the territory of the Municipality of Segusino or have undertaken new economic activities in the municipal territory, new activities meaning those activated and in operation in the year of disbursement of the contribution; b) that they are duly incorporated and registered in the business register; c) which are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; d) who are in a situation of regularity with contributions and social security contributions (DURC), including the granting of regularly respected installment procedures and are in a situation of regularity with the payment of municipal taxes, including the granting of regularly respected installment procedures; e) companies that have already benefited from the contribution for previous years (2020 and 2021) are also eligible. That is, new expenses relating to the same intervention are eligible, provided that the expense documents refer to costs incurred from 01/01/2022 until 31/12/2022. The supporting documents already presented in the application relating to the year 2021 are therefore not considered valid for the purposes of this contribution. These requirements must be met on the date of submission of the application.
What does it predict
The economic support actions may include the following financeable initiatives: a) provision of non-repayable contributions for management expenses; b) initiatives that facilitate the restructuring, modernization, expansion through product and process innovation of artisanal and commercial activities, including technological innovations induced by the digitalization of online marketing and distance selling processes, through the attribution to companies of capital contributions or the provision of non-repayable contributions for the purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, for intangible investments, for masonry and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and the new production plants acquired. c) initiatives that facilitate the increase or maintenance of employment; hiring of people with disabilities and young people in the reference period of this notice.
