Public notice for the provision of non-repayable contributions to support the economic, commercial and artisanal activities of the Municipality of Bortigiadas (Annuality 2022).
Who is it aimed at?
The Notice is aimed at small and micro businesses carried out in the commercial and artisanal sector based in the Municipality of Bortigiadas which appear to have the co-presence of these elements: 1) small and micro businesses in the commercial sector through an operational unit located in the territories of the Municipality of Bortigiadas , or have established a new business activity (from August 2022) or undertake new economic activities in the municipal area within 30 days of the approval of the application or opening of a place of artisanal or commercial activity; 2) small and micro businesses in the commercial and artisanal sectors that are duly established and registered in the business register; 3) small and micro enterprises in the artisanal and commercial sectors which are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; 4) agricultural entrepreneurs can be recipients of contributions for carrying out nature activities commercial connected with agricultural activity; 5) companies that are up to date with the payment of municipal taxes for the year 2022 and previous years: in the event of ascertained outstanding debts, they must be remedied before receiving the contribution no later than the date that will be communicated with a specific notice. The contribution is divided into two types: A) Financial allocation for companies that have opened or intend to open new businesses based in the Municipality of Bortigiadas (maximum 1 companies eligible for financing); B) The economic measure is to be understood as a non-repayable contribution of a maximum of €2,000.00 for each candidate and admitted company. If the disbursable fund is not sufficient, the contribution will be divided among the companies, until the amount is exhausted, in relation to the ranking order during the evaluation, guaranteeing a minimum contribution amount of €1,000.00; c) If the type A resources are not assigned because the applications or requirements are missing, the resources will be assigned and redistributed proportionally and according to the ranking order, to the type B candidates until the ranking is exhausted.
What does it predict
The Notice provides for the provision of non-repayable contributions for: a) business management expenses directly linked to artisanal and/or commercial activity; b) initiatives that facilitate restructuring, modernisation, expansion for product innovation and process of artisanal and commercial activities, including technological innovations induced by the digitalisation of online marketing and distance selling processes, in the form of capital contributions or non-repayable contributions for the purchase of machinery, plants, various furnishings and equipment, for intangible investments, for masonry and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and new production plants acquired (expenses incurred from August 2022 to the date of publication of the Notice - valid for type B );c) Management costs and/or renovation initiatives, purchase of machinery, furnishings and various equipment, systems, investments including intangible ones useful for the opening of a new headquarters in the municipal area (new business opened from August 2022 or new opening within 30 days of the publication of the Notice) (valid for Type A). The expense must be reported within twenty days from the opening date of the new office (unless extended by the institution.
