Public notice for the granting of non-repayable contributions for the start-up of new commercial, artisanal and agricultural economic activities through a unit located in the municipal territory from the marginal common fund of the Prime Ministerial Decree 09/30/2021
Who is it aimed at?
Individuals who start commercial, artisanal and agricultural activities through an operational unit located in the Municipality of Villamar, or who undertake new economic activities in the same Municipality and are duly established and registered in the business register, can submit an application for admission to contributions. By “new economic activities” we mean: a) activities established after the publication of this Notice; b) companies which at the time of submission of the application are duly established and registered in the register of companies undertaking a new economic activity after the publication of this Notice. Applicant companies must possess, at the date of submission of the application, the following requirements: a) not be subjected to liquidation procedures, not be in a state of bankruptcy, controlled administration, composition with creditors or in any other equivalent situation according to the legislation in force; b) be in a situation of regular contributions and social security contributions (DURC), including the granting of regularly respected installment procedures; c) not having committed violations, definitively ascertained, with respect to the obligations relating to the payment of taxes and duties.
What does it predict
Expenses falling into the following categories are eligible for financing: a) machinery, systems, equipment; b) renovation or extraordinary maintenance; c) IT programs (purchase of hardware, software commensurate with the production and management needs of the proponent; d) maintenance services consultancy used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the investment project. The consultancy services must necessarily be acquired from external sources (maximum 20% of the expenditure programme); e) expenses for insurance policies relating to production plants and the carrying out of the activity. These expenses are allowed within the limit of 10% of the eligible investment of the entire project; f) Company registration/establishment expenses in the case of the establishment of a Company. Expenditures relating to the project are eligible when they are: – effective, i.e. actually incurred and clearly referable to the project; - consistent with the grantable budget; - temporally referable to the implementation and reporting period.
