Call for support for small and micro businesses in the commercial sector, public establishments, accommodation facilities, personal services, artisans, professionals, agricultural companies.
Who is it aimed at?
All individual businesses, companies (partnerships, capital companies, cooperatives), their consortia and/or consortium companies having their registered office in the Municipality of Valvestino, established before 1 January 2021 and herein will be able to apply for municipal contribution. listed below: a) retail trade activities; b) the activities of public establishments: bars, pubs, breweries, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pizzerias; c) hotel and reception activities; d) artisan businesses; e) small entrepreneurs; f) professionals of various kinds regularly registered in their professional register; g) agricultural companies. Companies must: – have their registered office in the Valvestino area; – have been established before 01/01/2021; - be regularly registered in the business register or hold a VAT number; - be active at the time of the application; – they must not be in a state of bankruptcy, forced liquidation, voluntary liquidation, composition with creditors, or in any other insolvency procedure provided for by the bankruptcy law and other special laws, nor have proceedings underway for the declaration of one of these situations in their comparisons; – meet the turnover requirements illustrated above.
What does it predict
Companies will be able to report: - Business management expenses incurred from 01-01-2021 to 12-31-2021; - Restructuring, modernization and expansion expenses, for product innovation and for business innovation including technological innovations induced by digitalisation of online marketing and distance selling processes, which involve the purchase of machinery, systems, furnishings and various equipment, for intangible investments, for building and plant works necessary for the installation and connection of the machinery and new production plants purchased. The latter expenses incurred from 01-01-2020 until 01-15-2021, the deadline for reporting them.
